Transitions to Communities is a skills development program for Canadian veterans and former RCMP to support their transition to civilian employment.

The program partners with community employers to match

veterans’ and former RCMP members’ skills sets to specific employer’s needs.

The project leads to a stable civilian life through skills development, employment and renewed community engagement.

Transitions to Communities can help you:

Develop skills to transition to civilian employment or return to school

Understand and maintain positive well being

Foster healthy family and social relationships

Obtain skills and get support from veteran peers
